I know auto attack damage is affacted by Shatter's armour reduction but does Pummel's damage get increased when Shatter is active?

It doesn't exactly increase pummels DAMAGE, it does however increase the damage INFLICTED by pummel. The max amount of pummel damage does stays the same, ur just more likely to hit higher.

Yes that's what I meant. I basically meant does it work the same as Rupture, Double Attack, Auto Attack Damage and Giant Swing. It just seemed different to me, because it doesn't go by weapon damage and delay.

Yes it does, my unshattered pummel can hit 1.3k-2.6k, my shattered pummel can hit over 3.7k
