What are the damage, cast times, and cooldown comparisons between sweeping blow and giant swing?

Dont bother with swerping blow. Its terrible

Sweeping blow is a horrible skill to max, the dmg gain from skill pts, str and melee combat is so low, ive tried to lvl it to 21 once cus i thought it was strong hitting slightly higher than my melee at lvl 1, but no it was one of the worst decisions ive made.
