I see many people dropping Giant Swing for Pummel. I am wondering if I should switch them. I have a Godly Dragon Ring of Giant Swing so I am not sure whether to drop it or not.. Help is appreciated Thank you.

I use both because I have a spear. If you want to pvp then swing. Pummel is better PvE damage with high str.

Just make sure you bundle pummel with shatter.

Pummel is stronger with the right gear (which usually comes with the right lvl), also i dont suggest using any giant swing rings, the dmg addition is so low and think like that :

Godly aggy dmg ring is 50 dmg for melee, 50 dmg for swing, 100 dmg for double, 50 for shatter's hit, 50 for rupture, 50 for sweeping blow per mob, so which one is better? The dmg addition from swing for me is like 30 dmg per skill lvl, which is like 300 dmg on godly ring, from my old +8 pummel ring i got 750-800 dmg.

If you have great pummel gear go with pummel. If you don't, go with giant swing.

Is pummel only better with the right gear?
No armor, jewellry or other things that adds more dmg for pummel/swing

Im not a warrior, but i would say for lvl 160 use pummel those bolgs dont got a high resistance against pummer for other mobs idk, but giant swing is most dmg but got longer recast time

Swing isnt most dmg.

with the new event rings id definitely go with pummel for sure
