Hi, im planning on being a tank, right now i have about 140 points to spend. Im maxing out
Taunt
Protective Stance
Sheild Wall
Which leaves me with an extra 50, I wish to use these for offensive skills, but the problem is I do not know which skill I want to max. Rupture? Double Attack? Pummel?
Im planning on getting a Sheild Of Reaver, I currently use an axe. Im not sure if Rupture's the best skill since double attack is a guaranteed hit, and with only 20 skill points left, I'd only have space for ONE legit offense skill.

Suggestions are much appreciated, thanks!

Dont bother, tank doesnt do much dmg, the only tanks with good melee are those with dl sword/mordy halberd.
All pts in vit but I really recommend u not being a tank at that lvl, only at end-game.

I've tanked aggy since lvl 119.

The other skill I use is shield bash and the rest into defensive formation for the others. At that lvl I didn't have enough defense to dodge much of anything. But it helped the ones that did.

But I will say that he is right when it comes to any offense when your full tank.. there really isn't much you can do to give yourself damage without any strength when those skills are all based off strength. If you want to do damage your going to have to go some part hybrid. With a a crap load of + to axe it will help a little, but you won't do anything worth looking into at lvl 140..

Pretty effective made a warrior few days ago already at 80 and when i "boss"/kill mobs shield bash get aggro basically everytime unless health is already super low

Again I dont recommend tanking at any lvl below 180 (not even if u can tank aggy at lvl 119) nor having tanking skills (except proc stance and def form as hybrid, and taunt if u have STEADY partners and they seem to need u to take the aggro), as for shield bash, when I used it (although it was in u3) it seemed to gain a lot of aggro as a stun, as a tank its useful but at dl bosses and above it becomes much less effective because they have high movement evasion (shield bash is movement based).

Shield bash is meant to gain aggro, it helps me a lot for bosses like ymir. When they do their freezing skill in removes all aggro, and in order to save everyone as much resources as possible, I throw warcry first because of instant cast, then shield bash to stun+aggro, and then taunt to gain full control.

I'm wondering why I shouldn't tank before 180. I know your a lot more experienced in the game, but if I don't go tank we wouldn't be able to take down aggy so easily without our main tank (who has a busy RL and can't be on at all times.) And as for DL, the highest 5* we take without a tank is the 160. It takes too much resources without tank. A lot cheaper for everyone to buy a set of books for me to go tank.

Only reason to tank below 180 is a need to a lower lvl clan.
