Shatter change

So today in arena i noticed that shatter lasted for 15 seconds. When did that happen haha

I noticed 10 secs at arena and 8 in pve.

Well good old lonkar (bless his soul) hit me with shatter and it lasted 15 seconds and im too lazy to go back to crom just to check on shatter
