What is better to use, the Regen offhand or damage? I have been told to use both, so I'm asking you guys to help me out with this decision.

Imo it doesn't really matter. But I didn't purchase the regen, personally I prefer dmg over Regen. Sup pim

Pretty much. Poison is strongest for all carrow bosses as well as it is very effective against 205, 210 and 215. Pierce is multipled by both Str and Frenzy.

I have mordy kill and necro kill and I use the dagger, used it on necro as well.

Maybe if I become rich at some point I could try both

Necro kill by a warrior with poison offhand?? I'm missing something here crim.
Also poison is extremely resisted on 205/210 edls
