Is the Wyldshrine Amulet of the Mountain viable for an end game tank?

After searching quite a bit for the Poacher and not finding one,I chose to go with this ammy.Would this ammy be a viable tank ammy for eg or would it be better to get a skain ironroot neck?Thanks!
