Cooldown is around 40 seconds or something
It's just a single hit so there is no DoT effect

certainly for dl, edl, hrung prot it is. But I can’t imagine anyone in the game hits 3k damage within 2 seconds from autos alone on necro gele or BT. All 3 bosses have enormous physical and elemental (minus BT) resists. The skill certainly wouldn’t lose dps on those bosses. In any case, the skill does need a buff. 5k damage with same cd and cast time sounds good to meI rest my case.... Completely useless.

range means nothing at most bosses. The only time it helps is prot and we avoid 1 aoe that hits rogues at gele. Big dif right. Also warrior skill has a 30 sec cd. Rangers is 90 sec. a big no to 7k. That would mean 21k in 90 seconds. A rangers quiver deals 21428 divine assuming every auto hits. We all know that’s never gonna happen. A realistic number is 15k. Meaning the warriors 5k guaranteed damage along with stronger autos, better skills, higher survivability...5k is plenty and possibly even too much. 4-4.5k may even be more idealThats fair i guess when rangers get tons more and range lol.
