So im starting a new warrior an trying a new build. Trying a build that will give me the highest skill damage possible even if it means sacrificing other stats for str. Unsure whether weapon damage effects skill damage? Also if frenzy effects skill damage or if that's just auto damage?

Frenzy is purely for auto damage and attack. To maximize damage for dps skills you want as much strength as you can get aswell as gear to max said skills to 50. Basically go all strength and get jewelry to max skills to 50 that you use. If already maxed from armor (edl or dl) then don’t worry about jewelry to boost those skills unless it’s boosting another skill to 50 that you use.
