I can't log on. I've followed the instructions multiple times. Keep turning phone off and on. Deleting and downloading. I had this problem before and then it got better. Now it is back to where it was. Any chance of fixing the fix?

What do you mean by you can't log on?
Does it keep disconnecting? Crashing?

Could you try connecting using a different WiFi network to the one you normally use? The issue might be with your connection.
