I just want to say thank you for acting on my (Sabre) account so quickly!! I received most items but would like yo get my purple sultans carpet back. We used platinum for that and would like it returned. I don't mean to be disrespectful in any way.....I do appreciate your efforts as well as the efforts of many in the world of Lugh!

I do have a suggestion....it seems it is difficult to get the information about registering account. Maybe if there was a pop up when creating character to the importance of registering. It should be simple and easy to understand as there are many young people playing the game. In fact, it was my 10 yr old son who set up this account and it never occurred to me to register. My character is level 118 and I spent money and a ton of time to get her there. This is vital to the integrity of the game and OTM...
