before update 2 i had an account with a couple of people on it that had some items that i wanna get back. i actually quit for a while when update 2 came out but i went back to the game and couldnt remember my account so i made a new one. the old acc has a rogue lv 47(i think) named raidor and a warrior(idk what lv) named toran. i think it might have a ranger mage and druid too but i cant remember names or lvs. i know what the username is i just cant remember what the password was. if u could get back to me that would be great.

You will need to know a fair amount about your account to prove you are the owner. Think about as much about the account and character as you can, and include that in your e-mail.

Things that will help support:
username
approximately when the account was created
what is in your bank or backpack
trades you have made
things you have bought from a vendor
characters on the account
if you bought platinum on the account, how much, and how it was used

They may e-mail you back asking for further information, but the more information you can provide, the easier it will be for them to restore the account to you.
