i havent been able to play my main character for over a month now. i send support in game messages from my other character on my account yet they dont even respond anymore to let me know whats there doing to help me and fix my character.., its making me upset and furious that i cant play a character i worked hard on and not knowing whats being done to help me out..,,

What is the name and World of the character that you have sent a support request with? I'll speak to the Support Team and see what the issue is.
