Why was my topic deleted and my support never answered in game...

My rogue was named 'pedofile' as a joke , so I'm assuming that was the reason.

I just wanted to know if we could just work on a simple solution like an easy name change?

Let me know if we can work something out.
I would love to get back playing again.

We recently moved our forum to a new host, and as a result some topics have gone missing which is what may have happened to your original topic.

Regarding your character, I would assume that it was indeed the name of your character that caused the issue.

You can discuss this issue with the Support Team by e-mailing them; their e-mail address is [email protected]

Do you think they will give my account back and let me give it a name change?

I'm afraid I'm not sure, that will be up to the Support Team to decide.

If you e-mail them and explain the situation I'm sure you can come to an agreement.

I have emailed them and still haven not received a reply... I also used the in-game support which has also not been replied to...
