I know you said you have tried using different Wi-Fi connections, but were they with different providers? Sometimes using a different Wi-Fi provider solves the issue; it just may take some experimentation to find the provider which allows the Platinum transaction to complete.

I have tried everything mentioned and still nothing.
Sunday i actual purchased 99 cents of plat and it went through and i have 10 plat.
Trying different devices will not work, it has to be the same device that you made the Platinum purchase on. The best thing to do is to use that device and connect to different Wi-Fi networks until you find one that completes the transaction; this issue is usually due to a connection problem, and therefore trying different connections normally solves the issue.
