No need for payment, spliting accs wont change much about those morons whos trying to sell their accs and scam, if u fall for this thats ur problem
I offerd char transfering too, ik it might change something here and there, but it'll be very useful, i dont have 2 devices that i can dual log but when my friend in real life thought about helping me lvl with my druid i relized i was a moron to create my warrior and druid in the same acc
Anyway i think it'll be better to do this either with payment or not, it happens a lot when u need to restart ur alt when hes high lvl or got good bound/notrade stuff (like rings or met or frozen)
