Hi, Im having issues with obtaining my frozen greaves. As your going to say message in game support menu. Obviously they are not replying or doing any thing a bout it. Lock this post i dont care. You guys need to step up. This game has been bs for a while. I remember when your support team was on top of every thing. So please do me and favor get my damn frozen greaves. I waited and payed to much for my stags. I do not have time to waste. So good job at pissing off another Celtic Fan.

It doesnt just come instant. Usually it takes a few days. But sometimes it seems like it takes a bit too long, I agree. But after all, it is a FREE game.

I assume you have your lunar/upgraded one in your inventory and not equipped.

They get swapped for the frozen ones.

Make it a bit easier for Support and say exactly why you can't get your greaves - that way they can deal with it without confusion.
