Celtic Heroes

Ok so I have a level 58 ranger and I have completed most of my warden quests but, I notice its not giving me the quest for meteoric items.

Do I need to be level 60 to get the meteoric quests or am I glitched?

You do need to be level 60, and it does take a while to get meteoric chestpiece/weapon.
