When will I get a reply?
#1I sended an appeal the 26 march and they anwsered 2 days later and now i replyed to them and now its been almost 4days with no anwser So Anyone Can help ?

#3If you sent an email on the 26th and they replied within 2 days, you got another reply on the 28th March. OTM don't work on weekends and Friday was Good Friday, so they may have not worked then. That means on the 29th, 30th and 31st, you wouldn't get a reply. Factor in the volume of emails they get per day, all anyone can say is to be patient.
