I can't call a person by their name? I can say "hey I don't like that voldemort" or "I don't like that karjeena" can I not express my opinions of people? Isn't that what a forum is? A worldwide spread of ideas and opinions?

If i understand the rules correctly, you are allowed to give a personal opinion on what you think of a player, but you are not allowed to name and shame a player, i.e. call them a scammer, someone who sold an account or anything that would break the ToS. If you know of anyone who has broken the ToS the admins want you to report this using the in-game support feature.
