Hey all,

I have a big problem with my IPad.
I bought Platinum on my IPad. I got message that all is ok.
Immediately after that my Pad crashed down. Since that I cant get in again.
Not on this and not on another char. Not in this and in no other world.
I looked in forum and find the steps I should do when that happen.
I did that all. But nothing happens - i cannot get in.
I deleted the game from IPad - after new download, i cannot get in.
I dont know what i can do.
I can get in my account on my IPhone - no problem - but for my IPad, this game ist over.
I told this all to support, but they only told me i should change wifi - I did several times ;(

What can I do know ?
Pls. help me !

Make sure you are using the same device you used to make a Platinum purchase, otherwise they may not work.

i tried all steps u told on this side - but that didnt work

So i tried to get in on other device to report to support

Now, i cant get in

What can I do know - is there any other way to get in this game - not with the character i bought platinum with - and not with another character of one of our family - no chance
Btw i didnt only a simply restart of my device , I resetted all settings to the factory defaults.
Nothing helped - i cant get in game on pad ! And thats only cause i bought platinum

What now ? I realy need help !
