Hi support or OTM, anybody who takes the time to read this. First off, I'd like to say the decision to keep my account disabled due to a decision that had nothing to do with the situation on 28/4/2013 was beyond ridiculous. I have a number of screenshots, INCLUDING one that all proves my account was hacked. Nobody knew my account info, and since the last time I changed it (email confirmation says 24/4/2013) I haven't had any other problems. Now, I (as a mage Lumiya) confronted whoever was on my main character (Kokurou, rogue 89), with Tenzin, KatRawr, Xxjayman, LightChamp, and a few others. I DO have a screenshot of Kokurou (NOT me) giving out a FAKE password. I notified support the day of, even went through the appeal process to enable my main account. The decision to keep it disabled (after an email sent more than two weeks ago) was unreal. I even proved that I was not on my main account. I want it back.

YOU WILL NEVER GET IT BACK!!!! or will you... O_O
