why i cant get back my golden charm of camouflauge ... it was my second charm already my first one was my oeiginal one that someone stealed it and my second charm was given my a friwnd that quitted the game last feb.
btw heres why i keep complaining it on ingame support i know they r getting annoyed but me too !!
my original charm (1st camo) that i bought fromt hthe shop .. and got stealed by someone, im trying to get it still untill now... but i dont catch him online ... i do sometimes and logg right away .. second charrm was given to me by a friend that quit last feb. andt then 2 weeks before the dragon fire update my main was deleted(not mentioning why)soo i used my alt to write ingame support to retrive it and also i put what i have in that main and one of those items is my second charm that given to me ... few days after the my char got deleted i got back my main char and i wrote again for my stuff back ofc i list my items that is in my main char but mostly concerned on my sultan carpet and my camo (referring to the second charm) and i sent 3 or 4 already to ingame support to get mystuff back and thanks they give my sultan carpet .. thanks to that
bur then i wrote about my precious charm again .. and last week i got a msg from ingame support that they can only give back item that r lost/accidentaly sold in past 2 MONTHS soo i was like what!!! i havent got 2 months simce my char got deleted.. soo i was thinking back there it might a misunderstanding which camo im referring ... im referring to my second charm that when my char i got deleted it was on it how come they wont give it back since they give back my sultan carpet !! why..!!jhay ( warrior lvl 170) taranis server!!
