Celtic Heroes

This message pops up every time I try to buy plat, and has prevented me from double plat. I keep trying to fix it, re-installing, restarting, etc. I have an iPod 5th Gen. The only reason I can think of is that I'm using a different account than I usually do, but I re-installed the app with that new account so I think it should work, but it doesn't.
