Is anyone else still waiting for support to respond to their ticket that sent it the first day of double plat/new content? I ask because i am still waiting and until my problem is resolved i really cant do too much in game.

i've been waiting since update launched.. i win!

in most cases they ask for u to wait for 2 weeks and if u dont get a reply send another ticket i suggest doing this if ur waiting longer then 2 weeks.

Hi if you have not had a reply for more than two weeks then please PM me or send in a new ticket.
