Why are you not offering refunds on sigils any more? I'm 100% sure that I seen you write on forums that if we wanted a refund to send a support ticket? I sent one about a week ago and they said they won't?.. Why?

I want 150 energy refunding on player 'Ghandi' world Rhiannon. Disapointed.

Well sigils were never allowed to be refunded but because OTM changed the combat system that affected the sigils ppl were upset so OTM gave ppl a chance to refund them but when they changed the combat system and eventually put sigils back in they stopped refunding the sigils again as they gave plenty of time for unhappy ppl to get a refund.

Not including accidential purchases...

My bf's bro screw my acc up by spending 4k plat on sigils, now I could never get them back.
