I can confirm that the Support Team will never disable an account for sending in too many requests.
The team reads every single request that is sent in, and strives to help every single person who sends in an issue.
The situation referred to in this topic has now been resolved following an appeal. Whilst I cannot go into any specific details, the Support Team acted accordingly in the first instance and after extra information was brought the light the issue has been sorted.
If an account is disabled the decision will be made based on the facts that we can see in front of us; factors like the number of support requests a person has sent in play no role what so ever in the disabling of an account.
