There is a person on world rosmeter and his name is *Name Removed* he scammed 1k from me and I do not know how to report him he is a scammer

Items traded to another player cannot be refunded.

The scam is your fault. Tell people on your world to beware him, Thats all you can do besides blocking him.

You send a support ticket ingame to report someone but scamming is not against the rules, so he cannot get banned for it but scamming/buying/selling/trading accounts is against the rules (I'm not sure scamming accounts is against the rules).

However Ch admins say it isn't tolerated (Though i havnt seen any action taken against a scammer)
Send an in-game support ticket also edit out the name of the scammer whenever you see this.

Actually i reported a scammer once who scammed me 20k and he was banned but made a new character to scam with
