NativeX issues

I have to have a moan about OTM here.

I noticed somewhere on the forum that OTM is telling people to contact nativeX with any issues they have with not receiving their "free" platinum.
I personally feel that due to OTM having the contract and getting paid by nativeX and the platinum then being given to you by OTM, it is them who you should be contacting not nativeX.

keep emailing OTM and make support tickets about this issue as it is the only way OTM will make something happen for all players that use the "free" platinum offers.

Don't be fooled, OTM will make sure they are paid straight away leaving you in the lurch.

Don't get scammed out of your free platinum guys.

If you have any issues with pending offers or offers which do not complete, please contact NativeX to report the issue. Please do not send in any support tickets using the in-game support tool, as we are not managing the offers; NativeX are, and you should contact them with any issues.

To contact NativeX support, scroll to the bottom of the offer wall (the one which shows the various offers) and tap on "Need help?". This will generate an e-mail which you can send to NativeX. Do not delete any of the information that is automatically generated, and add your issue to the bottom of the e-mail.

NOTE: OTM DOESN'T GET ANYTHING IF THE OFFER DOESN'T COMPLETE! So I would love it if you can contact them via the help button and get them to fix any issues that arise!

It is your players getting annoyed at nativeX admin.
I think you should be contacting them and making them dirt it out.

I have contacted NativeX about the issue. I'll be sure to make a note of their reply somewhere ASAP :)
That's great thanks - I'm hoping if lots of people contact their support it will help get this issue sorted out quicker.
