In this case the instigator is at fault for starting the fight which can be classified as abusive language and harassment. Since the instigator wasnt dealt with the fight escalated and more words were said while it may be true words were said later and u wish for the person to be punished the fact is the instigator was at fault for this. If someone was to be punished it would have to be the instigator for their actions that lead to the end results. Sure otm holds some responsibility for not stopping it sooner the fact is u cant stop every fight and punishing every single person involved in the fight would never work.

This has been going on for awhile and i havent been able to catch any of these players (including my own clan). But i hear about it all the time.

Here i have proof of one person and what they said. And now i also (by pure luck) came across proof with the screenshot of OTM saying it was ok. "THIS IS NOT A WARNING. Was only a heated discussion amongst players."

Let me repost the rules and regulations one more time for you to be clear (and notice it doesn't say anything about instigator relieving the rule breaking in their racist remarks and ethnicity section.

In this game there are many reasons a player may start a fight losing a boss, getting killed in arena or several other reasons. Also ur correct its not an excuse to not enforce a rule but the one who would and should be punished is the one who started the fight i heard what was said that started it and imo thats far worst.

As for proof well from my understanding a lot of insults are pmed or said to her personally. If something was said that really bothered me im less likely to take a picture for evidence and instead get into a fight with the person. OTM has chat logs that they can look through if they ever had to besides that unless she takes pictures ur probably not going to see photos.

This is one of the main reasons i quit, OTM seems to only follow the rules of their ToS that put their money making at risk.

I loved the game and i think the staff is nice, but it is corrupt. :/

I never said not to punish the person who 'started it'. Find me proof and I will agree wholeheartedly. But why not start somewhere and punish the person who has evidence against them?

So once again an overwhelming case, no proof from anyone, except me repeatedly lol.

Obviously murder is different but lets use a more realistic example. U start a fight and get hurt ur responsible for the fight and any damage i received because u started the fight. Also u only have limited info as i said before OTM has access to chat logs so only they can know the full story otherwise its he said she said and who said what first. The one who started the should be the one to be punished while the other may have continued the fight it wouldnt have happened if they werent provoked. Btw OTM hardly ever enforced their rules her money spending has nothing to do with it ive seen so many rules broken and they never get punished for it.

Oh how the mighty have fallen. I used to have great respect for *Name Removed*, and even though things had been rough recently i still had a good opinion of her. But now its all gone. This is pathetic from any human being to another, sad that someone would throw long standing friendships away all on the pursuit of some medieval pixel shapes. I really hope this hasnt become your life, because if it has, then its really sad how bad its gotten. Please otm, show that you still have a shred of honesty and morals and something about this. You guys love to moderate and enforce the rules strictly, some might say unfairly. Well prove youre even all the way through, no matter who the player is. I, as will all of crom and the rest of the forum community, will be awaiting your actions. Your move otm, make sure its the correct one.

Oh and Yilley, the only thing she 'started' (as thats a synonym for instigate correct?) was her training session. Then the name caller comes in and starts flinging this crap only because she can't kill steal her. I know shes your friend, as she used to be mine, but come on man, i honestly do not see how you or anyone can make a reasonable case to defend her. Its not the first time, i just hope its the last. This is where one thumbs true colors shine...
