Ok so iv sent a support messages and idk if it really works or how long it should take for them to help out? So can someone tell me how long this may take. Thanks

I think that was an ok amount of time.

From what I've been told is they don't respond on weekends and holidays

It can take some time for the Support Team to respond as they receive a very large number of messages and requests every single day.
