I asked yesterday for a refund on the 1m fellspine my brother bought it instead of asking I was going to buy the new ammy. I really want now but still haven't gotten refund when will I.

Well it isnt wise to send a support ticket on a busy day (especially since the event has been out about 2 days). I suggest send it multiple times, spread out. You have 1 month since purchase to get a full refund

Since the event just started support will work quickly so of say 3-7 days. If no response then.

It can take some time for the Support Team to process your ticket as they receive a very large number of tickets and messages every single day.
