To be honest, you guys should not be mad at OTM. Yes I agree it takes a little long, but it is your fault in the first place for purchasing an item. If you title your post "Refund", you seem to get a refund quicker. I think that a refund button should be implemented in game where the item says "Refund" on it next to equip/drop, and the button only works within 12 days.

And can only be used once every 2 weeks or month. That way you can only test a single item at a time and be sure to make a good choice
