I sent a email to the support team about my account that I forgot the password and email for and it's been a week and I was just wondering how long do I have to wait?

I've been waiting over 3 months for even a response on an email I sent regarding my wrongly disabled account so I'd be surprised if they ever responded.

If you have sent the Support Team an e-mail they will process your issue; however it may take some time as the team receives a very large number of requests and messages every single day.

Wildchad - could you please check your e-mails spam or junk folder? The e-mail may have been sent there.

I got the in-game message and it told me to send In my info again and I checked all my emails I have got nothing. Thank you
