I think your best chance is as others have said, send another mail asking for it back.
I would assume this is the same as all player transactions and is final because the item still exsists within the game.

Any unopened mail will be automatically returned after 28 days.

However if a mail has been opened the Support Team will be unable to restore any items in the mail, as mails are similar to trades in that they are final and the full responsibility of the players involved.

As others have suggested, you could send another mail and ask for the items back.

Personally id ask y they sent it to me then if they said it was accident i give it back to them its happened to once they said it was ment for someone else. Maybe its just me but i dont like to take thing without knowing y they want to give it to me

Mail the guy that got the items if he could return it
