How long does it usually take to reply to an email?

I recently sent an email to OTM about a lost account, and I was wondering how long it takes for them to respond. I understand you're swamped with tickets, but not many people I know actually email you guys.

It may take some time, as the team does receive a very large number of messages and requests every single day and each must be fully investigated.
