Celtic Heroes

In update 4 meteoric weap quest was changed. The "recommended" solution for those mid quest was to reset it. Unfortunately, there is a bug in the game by which a large number of toons that were reset, got stuck and can not complete the quest. Here are the specifics:

My ranger is lvl 115. In update 3 I had the series of quests that make up the Meteoric Weap Quest almost complete (done the wisps and all, just needed a diamond deamon stone). Unfortuantely, I had to reset and hit this bug.

Here is how it goes starting from full quest reset:

1. In lir I speak to Roarke the Blacksmith. He give me "meteoric Might" quest. I accept, and quest gets added to the queue.
2. Per #1 I go speak to Broon the Mage. He offers me the "Enchanged" quest, I accept. Here a problem starts showing up... My first 3 checkmarks in the quest are immediately checked off, in spite of me not actually doing anything. The game thinks I have already obtained Jaryn's Falling Star, but I don't have one (I used to have one long ago, but dropped it after the first reset). Also, if I try to move onto the 4th checkbox and talk to Torbin teh Sailor, he has a "?" over his head, but when I talk to him nothing happens (still ?)
3. I go talk to Severian the Alchemist. She has a "!" over her head. She offers me a quest to bring her 3 invocations of Morrigan. I accept, but quest doesn't load on my quest queue. If I talk to her again, she offers the same quest again, and again.

This issue I first reported via a support ticket right after update 4. To this day I am waiting to have my toon fixed. I also did a search and found other players reporting the same issue.

Does anyone know how to help.

Hi please write into suppose using the in-game support feature.

This reset may required the support team to help you complete multiple steps of the quest as resetting can sometimes cause ill side effects.

Just keep writing into support and they shall try and get you through your quest as quickly as possible.
