Celtic Heroes

Ive completed 4 duskshadow quests, but cannot for the life of me find the chestpiece quest. Is it given by the same guy? If so I might be bugged. Ive only seen Mac Croin goblets, torcs, rings, and brooches. What items do you need for this chest quest?
