I tried to make an account but it wouldn't work. At the main login menu it said that the patch server wasn't found. I tried turning off the ipad, changing wifi, and uninstalling it then reinstalling it. but none of it worked. IS THERE ANY HOPE FOR ME?

They may have been working on a patch or an update, just wait 20-30 minutes and it should clear up, if not, I haven't a clue.

I wish it had worked but still to no avail. I've left it alone for hours but it still didn't work. i've deleted and reinstalled it multiple times. But nothing works. Thanks though.

We have tested this here and the patch server is working as normal.

The issue must lie with your service provider.

Either the wi-fi is dropping out and the 3G/4G connection isn't working as not all the ports are opened for communication. Your service providers network team will be able to fix this for you.

The other possiblility is similar only via wi-fi. If you cantact your service provider they can ensure that all ports are open on your connection. This occurs as the ports for downloading the game are different from the ones used to connect to the servers.
