Actually I think you can. I sent a support ticket asking to refund mail and they refunded.

They shouldn't be able to refund mail as it's controlled by the server and once a mail is sent it's difficult for us to then stop that mail from being processed.

Even if the mail contains 3.3m that was sent to wrong person?

You got to hope that the guy didn't take the gold and it's still in his mail. If it is, it would be returned to you within 28 days. Ff he opened the mail and took the gold, then your screwed...

If you sent 3.3M maybe you should double check that it is the right recipient

That being said an outbox and the ability to recall a not yet read email would be very nice features.

Make new endgame content providing similar rewards but without the need for dominant clans
Add horizontal content
