I sent in a ticket for my sunshard amulet askin to get it refunded 3 days after purchasing it. The response given to me a week later was something along the lines of 'you can buy this item from the vendor -- Support' What's the deal? Sent in another ticket right after and still no response.

I believe that the having to buy from a vendor was in regards to you asking to undo a refund on a ring. I've now processed the refund for your amulet
