I loaned an item, mighty sunfire helm? The yellow one that gives +60 to all stats. Anyways, the player was a good friend of mine named Castiglioni and his ranger, can't remember the name, something like jordan1829. He borrowed the helm for a while and then he randomly just disappeared maybe a month or so later. I've been trying to contact him through kik and the forums but it says his last activity here was in November, and on kik it says his phone has been disconnected for a long time. This item as you can imagine is very valuable, rare, and important and I'd really like to get it back. I can have many people vouch for me that it is my helmet.

In your own ToS it says all items and accounts are owned by you all anyways so I don't see how this could be a problem...? I understand all trades are final but you're all human and can understand this of course, can't you check his game logs and see that he's gone? Hasn't answered kik or the forums, and it was my item after all.

Do you know whether he deleted his character along with your sunfire helm? Not sure if it makes a difference though—I doubt OTM is going to restore it. I've don't think they've ever made an exception to their "all trades are final" policy.

As soon as you traded this item to the other characters, it's no longer considered as your item. Please do not lend out items that you would be sorry to lose through accounts going inactive.

Hopefully in the future we can have some kind of lending system but for now please be careful with your items.
