I'm new to the game and have only been able to play once. I can't log back in. It tells me it's connecting to patch server and then it tells me it cannot connect. I reset my device and that has not helped, and my Internet connection is fine. Any suggestions?

This is possibly a patching server port issue. You will need to contact your Internet Service Providers network team and ask them to ensure that port 14245 is open for all traffic. ip address is 184.173.95.2 although not sure they will need that information.
