As topic says," how long does it take to get a response from [email protected]?"

If on a Friday they aren't working on weekends. Should take between anywhere from Monday to a few days. If sent multiple tickets/ emails it would take even longer. (The more tickets/tickets on same issue the more to have to look over).

How long has it been?

To whom it may concern(someone else who had to email them). I sent 1 email. It took 2 ½ - 3 days to get a response. However, they redirected me to another department/ email address. So I had to send an additional email to the other department. So now i'm waiting to get a response sometime next week.

It shouldn't take to long. As purple stated OTM do not work weekends, because of this there is generally a backlog of tickets on a Monday and Tuesday. Do not fret however their support team works hard in making sure they answer all the tickets and emails they get as soon as possible.
