Samsung s4. Just updated to 4.4.4
Have over 600 ram free. App running on device. Can play via wwifi. 4g works on everything else, including videos just not CH.
I can log into server, choose character, select enter game, see a graphic and the spinning pinwheel. It spins forever and locks up phone.help

Cleared cache, reinstalled a few times. No luck

And tried turning down graphics in options as well

This may be due to a new internet addressing standard - IPv6.

As this addressing standard has only started to be rolled out recently we have some upgrade work to do on our servers to make them compatible with the new addressing system.

Tmobile ipv6 compatible. Was 100% able to use 4g prior to update.
Any other thoughts?

In settings, create an alternative access point name that only uses ipv4 and not ipv6.
Copy the default exactly, except not ipv6.
