Appeals/support reply?
#1Hello! I wanted to know the approximate time limit that it takes support and appeals to reply to an email sent? I understand that they recieve many emails a day but is there a low amount of people working in support/appeals? Is there a certain weekly schedule that support and appeals follow such as getting sundays off etc? How long does it take for appeals to fully resolve an issue such as activating an account? I have sent appeals an email because of my account that apparently got banned due to an "exploit" in that game I have no clue about. I have been checking my emails daily but have not receieved anything and has been a week now. Is it possible that appeals or support have any jobs available? I can see how people could get displeased or frustrated that they are not receiving emails quickly enough to attend to any issue they may have. I would love to work with appeals along their side trying to help out its consumers of Celtic Heroes. Heck I would even do it for free if it means getting this game out there and noticed. Everyone deserves to play a game where they could interact with other players and Celtic Heroes does that and more! Having a strong support system that is on point with everyones emails is what keeps that game alive and standing which is what I see in my eyes! If anyone could answer these questions that would be great!
