Can someone explain to me why i cant log on server Arawn with my Account?
I tryed to make another acc to check if it Is The server who was down but it seems that my acc has a problem , WHAT sould i do?

If they will not respond try mail to community! Kodelia helped me a lot. I had problem with an account. I mailed to community she told me she will pass it to the appeals. So they can look at it. And I mailed appeals months ago.

My friend is having the same problems and doesn't know what to do. She can log in on different servers with her account but not her main server, she's tried about everything and she's worried about it being deleted, if there is any quick way to contact someone that can help please tell me, mailing support isn't working.
