and i was also wondering if it is possible to move my items from Herne to Lir. Just my luxury items and gold if you can.

#31) they will answer "no" to all server transfers as it causes prices to fluctuate if they were to.
2) the signup is pretty funky, and while you did send in a support email it is the post holiday season (right now) they are backed up with support tickets because they're off for the holidays-- my recommendation is to make a new email and try again until you get through, otherwise you'll be waiting for a few days at the very least,
