Characters are People after all...most likely a kid. Just as anyone else, he has boredem and tendencies to forget stuff.

He's thinks he is playing a "game" with you within the game and well...you are playing it his way. Simply get out of his system...he will lose his enthusiasm and move on. Sort out your own issues; don't run to mommy and daddy. The parents got bigger things and much more troublesome kids to worry about.

Haha no I think I'll just start again with another character using the bits n pieces I've picked up.
That'll stop his daft game and I wont have to remind admin about their policies that they are blind to now.

No it didn't help.
My solution is much simpler than having bigger boys sort him out. Yes so I've let him win and he might do it to someone else once I've deleted my character. But who cares. It's just weeks of work building the character.
You should get a job in admin. I think the job would suit you

Even up the score. Send that character endless messages and if he blocks you, repeat with noob accounts until he turns over a new leaf.

U may have some friends
One of ur friend might be 30lvl above u guy alts
whenever u log
he knows urs location
try unfriended everyone
also if he is botting
he can get banned easily
u gotta report him if he dose and
if he swears at u.. screenshot and send To support email.
done it before but didnt work?
