Interesting, maybe Kodelia is an American or was raised/spent some time here? Either way it's somewhat confusing when discussing it with others point is the vials quest seems broken IMO

When you walk into a house you are on the first floor therefore Bridge is first floor and atm there r 5 floors with a 6th one coming

The drop rate seems pretty even through out from what I've noticed... Also either you're remembering wrong or the quest description is wrong because Grands only drop on summoning chambers and forbidden halls. Either way I think the current way it's set up is pretty flawed since I know numerous people who are trying to trade grands for other vials. The fact they're the only vials that drop in halls and it takes forever to level there means they become more common... The "rarest" drop should not be the most common. No body had extras of other vials because of drop distribution among floors and how easy/fast it is to level through but there are extra grands.

Perhaps Esquilax would be nice enough to say if the bolded drops are the same % chance per floor. So for example the chance to get a lesser on the bridge of despair is x% for a 4* mob and a grand is x% also for a 4* mob in forbidden halls. If the drop rate is lower on harder floors even if a particular type is a more common drop on that floor it could be found in greater amounts on a lower floor, along with even more lower tier vials. I'm guessing its about the same chance but i dont know.

I too have experienced the excess of grand vials while minor and lesser seem to be less common on my world. I am assuming this is due to the amount of people leveling at the moment. The last three floors are the only place to level 190+ and the last two are where almost everyone is leveling. 190- have a lot of options and therefore are spread thin. I think this may even out somewhat as people reach 220 and the number of people leveling slow down.

Bourne, my experience is totally different. Lessers and minors seem to drop like crazy. Commons and greaters are extremely rare and grands seem to drop at a steady rate. Many of us on fingal lvling in the tower have completed our occultic gloves and boots quickly

I do not have the drop rates but the common ones for each floor will be seen far more obviously than the others that can drop on the floors are of a lower or much lower drop rate. Drop rates for the items in bold should be roughly equivalent on each floor with some small variations as the mobs on each floor have different loot tables.

For example it is possible to get a Greater vial dropped in the Alchemical Quarters but these are very rare on that floor so farming there for them would not be efficient.

Players level 190+ are most likely to have moved up to the level appropriate floor of the tower as soon as was possible so they are likely to have far less of the Minor and Lesser Vials.

This still doesn't address the issue that grands will end up being the most common vial due to it taking longer to level and them being the only drops on f5... It makes no sense to me and is pretty badly broken, but whatever :|
